[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 28 August - issued 0020UT/28-Aug-2015

Low to Moderate solar flare activity expected as current active region
2403 approaches west limb. Geomagnetic conditions are at Unsettled to
Active levels due to the current low speed solar wind but sustained
southward Bz that is evident of a slow moving CME from possible
filament or flare activity early in the week. Active to Minor storm
geomagnetic conditions possible with expected arrival of a Coronal
Hole high speed solar wind stream over the next 24 hours. Short-wave
radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications fair to
normal at all latitudes. Aurora sightings possible from southernmost
Australian regions should coronal hole effects eventuate.
