[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 23 October - issued 2332UT/22-Oct-2014

Moderate solar flare activity, with a chance of high activity. The
large and complex sunspot group produced M8, M2 and X1 flares on 22
Oct. The M8 flare caused a SWF around 0200 UT. Minor coronal hole
effects likely. Moderate to strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions
at quiet to unsettled levels with isolated active periods due to a
recurrent coronal hole. Short-wave radio fadeouts likely.
High-frequency radio communications normal to good.
