[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 13 October - issued 2325UT/12-Oct-2014

Solar flare activity was low on 12-Oct with three C-class X-ray
flares. The filament CME from 10-Oct could give Earth a glancing blow
13-14 Oct. The solar wind remains light. Geomagnetic conditions are at
quiet levels after unsettled to active conditions from 09-15 UT.
High-frequency radio communications are normal.
