[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 13 November - issued 2340UT/12-Nov-2013

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected. Minor coronal mass
ejection effects are possible from late on 13-Nov if the 10-Nov CME
hits Earth. The solar wind is light to moderate. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet levels, with some unsettled to active periods
expected if the CME arrives. High-frequency radio communications are
mostly normal. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. Aurora
sightings are possible from southern Australian regions on 13-Nov
local night if the CME arrives.
