Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected. The solar wind is
light. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels. Short-wave radio
fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications are normal.
The expected arrival yesterday of the 10-Nov CME did not eventuate.
