Low to moderate solar flare activity still possible from solar region
1748. Anticipated coronal mass ejection effects muted due to
predominantly northward IMF. Light to moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at quiet to unsettled levels with the small chance of
isolated active periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications normal.
