Solar activity is expected to be Low, with only a slight chance of
M-class flares. A high speed solar wind stream has increased solar
wind speeds to near 600km/s. Geomagnetic activity has increased to
Active levels. A CME from 16-Jul is expected to arrive early today (19
July, UT) maintaining increased geomagnetic activity levels. Storm
conditions may be experienced at high latitudes. Some degraded HF
conditions are possible today, particularly at high latitudes.
