[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 18 July - issued 2321UT/17-Jul-2013

Solar activity is expected to be Low, with only a slight chance of
M-class flares from two active regions on the Sun. Solar wind
conditions are now light, however a high speed solar wind stream
should arrive later today. A CME from 16-Jul is also expected to
arrive late in the day (UT) increasing geomagnetic activity levels.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to range from Quiet early in the
day to Active. HF radio conditions are normal. Some degraded HF
conditions are likely late in the day (UT), particularly at high
latitudes.
