Low solar flare activity with only a slight chance of significant
flares. A high speed solar wind stream continues to elevate solar wind
speed to near 650km/s, however it is now in decline. Geomagnetic
activity is at Unsettled levels. Mostly normal HF conditions are
expected to continue.
