Low to moderate solar flare activity. A high speed solar wind stream
from a recurrent coronal hole is expected to continue to elevate solar
wind speed to strong levels which could increase geomagnetic activity
to Unsettled to occasionally Active and produce isolated Minor Storm
periods at high latitudes. Some degraded HF conditions are possible
today, particularly at high latitudes. SWFs possible.
