[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 26 April - issued 2340UT/25-Apr-2012

Low solar flare activity is expected. Minor coronal hole effects are
in progress resulting in a strong to very strong solar wind. These
effects are likely to abate later today. Minor coronal mass ejection
(CME) effects are likely later today from a CME launched on 23-Apr.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at unsettled to active
levels with isolated minor storm periods due to the CME.
High-frequency radio communications should be normal at mid latitudes
with isolated degraded conditions likely at high latitudes.
