[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 25 April - issued 2347UT/24-Apr-2012

Low solar flare activity is expected, with a chance of moderate
activity. Minor coronal hole effects are in progress, raising the
solar wind to moderate levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to
continue at unsettled to active levels. High-frequency radio
communications are expected to be normal at mid to high latitudes with
some degraded conditions at low latitudes. The coronal hole effects
are expected to abate later today. Another minor CME impact is
expected on 26-Apr.
