BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Minor to mild degradations in HF conditions and depressions
in MUFs may be observed, especially in the Southern Aus/NZ
regions on 16 February due to an ancticipated continued 
rise in geomagnetic activity during this period.
