ISSUED AT 13/0430Z FEBRUARY 2004
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Minor to moderate degradations in HF conditions and
depressions in MUFs may be observed, especially in the 
Southern Aus/NZ regions on 14 and 15 February due to 
an anticipated continued rise in geomagnetic activity
during this period.
