COMMENT: The solar wind speed has declined from about 420 km/s 
over the past day and is currently around 360 km/s. The solar 
disc is presently spotless.

cooperation with the following organisations: Geoscience Australia, 
University of Newcastle Space Physics Group, Australian Government 
Antarctic Division and Space Environment Research Center, Japan.
