COMMENT: The Solar wind is around 335 km/s. The Bz component 
of the interplanetary magnetic field fluctuated between +/-3nT 
throughout the UT day. There is a slight chance of an isolated 
M-class flare from AR960.

survey flight-line data.

Antarctic Division and Space Environment Research Center, Japan.
