Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3 indices are the daily sum
of 20 minute pc3 indices for that station.

2B. MAGNETIC FORECAST
Date Ap Conditions
16 Apr 20 Mostly active. Minor storm periods possible.
17 Apr 18 Mostly active. Minor storm periods possible.
18 Apr 15 Unsettled to active
COMMENT: IPS Geomagnetic Warning 11 was issued on 14 April and
is current for interval 15-17 April. Active conditions predominately
expected next two days due to coronal hole high speed wind stream.

   Equatorial PNG Region:
Near predicted monthly values during local day,
No data available during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
Enhanced by 15% during local day,
Near predicted monthly values during local night.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Enhanced by 15%.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

Predicted Monthly T index for April: 77

4B. AUSTRALIAN REGION IONOSPHERIC FORECAST
Date T index MUFs
16 Apr 90 near predicted monthly values
17 Apr 90 near predicted monthly values
18 Apr 90 near predicted monthly values
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 27 was issued on 14 April
and is current for interval 16-17 April. Southern region MUFs
appear not to have responded to geomagnetic activity induced
from coronal hole wind stream, with forecast mild depressions
not eventuating. Degraded comms quality may be experienced during
local night hours southern region Aus/NZ.
