Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3 indices are the daily sum
of 20 minute pc3 indices for that station.

2B. MAGNETIC FORECAST
Date Ap Conditions
24 Dec 10 Quiet to Unsettled
25 Dec 8 Quiet to Unsettled
26 Dec 7 Quiet
COMMENT: IPS Geomagnetic Warning 56 was issued on 22 December
and is current for interval 23-25 December. IMF Bz turned strongly
negative (-10 nT) after 1830UT on the 22 DEC for 11 hours and
remained negative till 1300UT on the 23 DEC triggering active
to minor storm levels of geomagnetic activity. Conditions are
likely to quieten over the next few days.

3A. GLOBAL HF PROPAGATION SUMMARY
	            Latitude Band
Date Low Middle High
23 Dec Normal Normal Fair-normal
PCA Event : No event.

3B. GLOBAL HF PROPAGATION FORECAST
	            Latitude Band
Date Low Middle High
24 Dec Normal Normal Fair-normal
25 Dec Normal Normal Normal-fair
26 Dec Normal Normal Normal-fair
COMMENT: Fair conditions were observed at high-latitudes during
the extensive IMF Bz negative period from 1830UT on 22 DEC till
11300UT on 23 DEC. MUFs should should remain near monthly predicted
values over the next few days.
