COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian region were near predicted monthly
values to enhanced on UT day 01 January with sometimes strong
enhancements at lower latitude stations. Strong sporadic E was
observed mostly at mid-latitude, eastern Australia sites. MUFs
in the Australian region are expected to be mostly near predicted
monthly values over the next three UT days, 02-04 January. Enhancements
likely at times on 02 January. Sporadic E occurrences are expected
to continue.
