   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian and Antarctic regions were mostly 
near monthly predicted values to slightly depressed. Sporadic 
E occurrences were observed over some sites. Similar ionospheric 
support is expected for the next 3 UT days, 26-28 November.
