      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian and Antarctic regions were mostly 
near monthly predicted values to depressed by up to 15-30%. Sporadic 
E occurrences were observed over all of the sites. Minor to Moderate 
MUF depressions may be observed in the Australian region during 
the next 3 UT days, 25-27 November.
