      Depressed by 30% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Near predicted MUFs to Minor depressions observed in 
the Australian region over the UT day, 16 October. Expect this 
trend to continue due to very low levels of solar activity. Sporadic 
E and Spread F were also observed at times across the Australian 
region.
