      Enhanced by 40% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Disturbed ionospheric support over the UT day.

COMMENT: Propagation conditions has improved slightly over the 
last 24 hours. Mild to Moderate depression observed for low to 
Mid latitudes. Disturbed periods observed at Higher latitudes. 
Sporadic E and Spread F were also observed at times across the 
Australian region. Further improvement in HF conditions is expected 
over the next three days.
