      Enhanced by 30% after local dawn.
   Niue Island Region:
      No data available.

      Depressed by 50% during local day.
      Depressed by 35% during local night.
      Depressed by 45% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 35% during local day.
      Depressed by 45% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 20% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Strong degradations in HF conditions observed during 
the UT day 14 Oct. Sporadic E noted throughout the Australian 
region. Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra showed blanketing, particularly 
in the local night early morning hours. Noted strong spread F 
conditions at Hobart. Same conditions may persist for the next 
24 hours with a slight recovery.
