   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 35% during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Conditions for HF radio propagation were depressed to 
mildly depressed throughout the Australian region during 04 Oct 
UT. T indices were in the approximate range 15 to 65 for individual 
stations. For example, the T index was only 15 for Norfolk Island, 
27 for Hobart and 38 for Brisbane, but as large as 62 for Niue. 
Conditions are expected to be depressed again today, 05 Oct.
