      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 25% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 2 was issued on 13 January 
and is current for interval 13-14 January. variable HF conditions 
observed over the last 24 hours with deressed MUFs of ~20% observed 
for Equatorial regions during local night and enhanced periods 
for Northen AUS region during local day. Depressed periods for 
Southern AUS/NZ regions with otherwise normal ionspheric support. 
Disturbed periods for Antarctic regions. Notable sproadic E observed 
for Northern AUS and Southern AUS IPS stations between 10UT-20UT. 
MUFs depressions of 10%-30% are expected for the next 3 days 
for low to mid latitudes and disturbed conditions possible for 
high latitudes due to increase in geomagnetic activity.
