Northern Australian Region:
Depressed by 15% during local day,
Near predicted monthly values during local night.
Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Usable frequencies were close to predicted monthly values
throughout the UT day. Cases of strong sporadic E were observed
before local dawn in far southern Australian regions. In Antarctic
Australian regions the F-layer was weak during the long night
time hours offering poor ionospheric support.
