      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn for some time.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day for some time,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: HF conditions are expected to remain mostly normal for 
most locations across the Aus/NZ regions for the next three days 
with some possibility of minor degradations and MUF depressions 
on 16 February in the Southern Aus/NZ regions.
