Near predicted monthly values during local night.
Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
Northern Australian Region:
Near predicted monthly values during local day,
Enhanced by 15% during local night.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: HF conditions are expected to remain mostly normal
for most locations across the Aus/NZ regions for the next
three days with some possibility of minor degradations and
MUF depressions on 15 February in the Southern Aus/NZ regions.
