      Enhanced by 20% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Enhanced by 20% over the UT day.


PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: In general regional MUFs expected to be near normal. 
Mildly degraded conditions may be experienced local night hours, 
southern Aus/NZ region next two day. A returning solar region 
may cause increased chance of fadeouts on daylight HF circuits.
