      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

Predicted Monthly T index for December:  35
2. FORECAST (18 DECEMBER - 20 DECEMBER)

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 56 was issued on 16 December 
and is current for interval 17-18 December. Northern Aus region 
MUFs enhanced 15% at times, resulting in a higher T than forecast. 
Also, depressions for southern Aus region were less than expected 
yeserday. Depressions after local dawn again expected for today 
for southern Aus/NZ region.
