  Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
     Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 56 was issued on 16 December 
and is current for interval 17-18 December. Southern Aus/NZ regions 
may experience depressed MUFs after local dawn 17-18 Dec, due 
to anticipated activity induced from a solar coronal hole wind 
stream.
