Dear All

  Due to Lee-Anne McKinnell's status as the new chair of the IRI working
group, which came about at the IRI business meeting held during the COSPAR
Scientific Assembly, Ivan Galkin will take over as interim chair of INAG
until the URSI General Assembly in 2011. At the URSI meeting elections
will be held for a new chair and vice-chair.
