Just to let you know that Lowell DIDBase upgrade has been completed,
and DIDBase online operations resumed today, 2010.09.02, at ~1500
UT.

For your reference, here's latest software versions for digisonde
data analysis, please check and

SAO Explorer: 3.4.15 with ARTIST 5.02.39
Drift Explorer: 1.2.9
