Russian colleagues are working very hard to establish SuperDARN radars in Siberia.  As part of that activity 
several european groups have been working with l groups in Russia as part of an EU sponsored programme.  One 
outcome of that activity has been the suggestion that we organise a larger meeting of SuperDARN people as well as more of our Russian 
colleagues.  To that end, I am pleased to inform you of a meeting which will be held near Irkutsk from 26 - 29 August 2008, the First 
Announcement for which is attached.

I would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend the meeting and contribute presentations to the symposium.  Please note 
the deadline for informing Alex Potapov of your attendance which is June 15 2008.
