Dear Colleagues,

You will no doubt be aware that the final URSI 2008
General Assembly program is available at 
http://www.ece.uic.edu/2008ursiga/

1.
We have been able to add a third oral session to
the heavily oversubscribed G05a and G05b 'Radar Studies'
sessions on Friday 15 August. The new G05c session 
continues on Saturday morning, 16 August.
This was possible because of some other commision not
able to fill its slot.

2.
Note also that the Commission G poster session has been 
arranged into topic-related poster sessions instead of
having one large, perhaps more disordered session.
These will be clearly labelled as follows:
