Active to Minor Storm periods possible should glancing blow
CME effects eventuate 24Aug-25Aug.
Frequencies: MUFs near predicted monthly values, with possible
depressions of 20%-40% for mid to high latitudes in the early half
of the forecast week should Active to Minor Storm geomagnetic
activity eventuate.
