to 30% 07-16 UT.
2. FORECAST (23 NOVEMBER - 29 NOVEMBER)
Solar: Moderate activity possible early in week.
Geomagnetic: Activity increasing in latter half of 23 Nov. Active
to minor storm periods 24 Nov. Activity should begin to subside on
25 Nov. Quiet to unsettled on other days.
Frequencies: MUFs near predicted monthly values to 20% enhanced.
Depressions likely after about local dawn on 23 Nov. Near predicted
monthly values with depressions to 30% at times on 24 and 25 Nov.
