      Townsville enhanced by 40% 11-18UT. 
      Brisbane enhanced by 20-40% 09-13UT.

      Hobart depressed 20-50% with periods of spread-F 08-23UT.

              Hobart and Learmonth.
In the IPS magnetometer data for 15 Mar, a weak (32nT) impulse 
was observed at 1307UT.

   Cocos Island Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 35% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Poor ionospheric support over the UT day.
