Mostly near predicted monthly values. Depressions to
30% observed at Casey.
2. FORECAST (15 FEBRUARY - 21 FEBRUARY)
Solar: Low
Geomagnetic: Quiet to unsettled conditions.
Frequencies: MUFs near predicted monthly values. Occasional
depressions to 30% possible at all latitudes on the 15th.
F region communications during the week may be affected at
times due to sporadic E.
