Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

Geomagnetic: Quiet
Frequencies:
Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
Near predicted monthly values at Vanimo. Frequencies
at Niue were 15-60% depressed apart from near
predicted during 01-05 and 16-17 UT. Some night spread
F observed at Niue.
Northern Australian Region:
Near predicted mostly between 04-09 and 16-19 UT.
Depressions to 30% at other times. At Cocos Is.
frequencies were 15-50% depressed with frequencies
near predicted 00-01, 10-11 and 20-22 UT.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Mostly 15 to 30% depressed. Occasional sporadic E,
blanketing at times.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Mostly near predicted monthly values to 20%
depressed.

Geomagnetic: Quiet
Frequencies:
Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
Frequencies at Vanimo were near predicted with
depressions to 30% 10-16 UT. At Niue, frequencies
were mostly 15-40% depressed with some night spread F.
Northern Australian Region:
Near predicted monthly values with depressions to 45%
mostly 13-22 UT. At Townsville, frequencies mostly
15-40% depressed with near predicted values 05-09 and
18-22 UT.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Depressions to 40%. Near predicted monthly values at
most stations 19-21 UT. Some sporadic E, mostly
daytime.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 40%
observed at Macquarie Is, 12-16 UT.
10 Dec
Solar: Very low
Geomagnetic: Quiet
Frequencies:
Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
At Vanimo, 15-30% depressed, near predicted 15-23 UT.
At Niue, 15-40% depressed, near predicted 03-06 UT and
night spread F.
Northern Australian Region:
Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values to 45% depressed at
times. Depressions greater at the lower latitudes.
Sporadic E observed at Christchurch much of the time
and Norfolk Is. 00-04 UT.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values. Sporadic E at Macquarie
Is. observed 13-16 UT.
11 Dec
Solar: Low
Geomagnetic: Quiet with some activity at high latitudes.
Frequencies:
Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
At Vanimo, frequencies mostly near predicted 00-14 UT
with depressions to 50% at times thereafter. At Niue,
frequencies were mostly 15-40% depressed with daytime
sporadic E and night time spread F observed.
Northern Australian Region:
At Darwin and Townsville, frequencies were depressed
to 30% 00-05 UT then mostly near predicted monthly
values. At Cocos Is., frequencies were near predicted
to 13 UT then mostly 30% depressed.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Frequencies were near predicted monthly values to 25%
depressed. Sporadic E observed at most stations.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values. Frequencies at
Macquarie Is. were near predicted with depressions to
30% 12-17 UT.
2. FORECAST (12 DECEMBER - 18 DECEMBER)
Solar: Very low.
Geomagnetic: Mostly quiet. Possible isolated active periods
12-13 December.
Frequencies: Near predicted monthly values to 30% depressed.
Depressions sometimes greater. Sporadic E may disrupt or
degrade F region communications at times.
