      Enhanced by 45% after local dawn.

2. FORECAST (21 DECEMBER - 27 DECEMBER)
Solar: Very low to low.

Geomagnetic: Isolated active periods possible 21-22 December,
otherwise mostly unsettled to quiet conditions expected.

Frequencies: MUFs depressed 15-30% at times, otherwise mostly
near predicted monthly values. Mild to significant depressions
are expected at times due to very low solar activity levels.
