COMMENT: A small shock in the solar wind was observed late in the
UT day on 09 July. This shock may be associated with the M2 flare
which was observed at 0836UT on 06 July. The flare had associated
Type II and IV radio sweeps - inferring a mass ejection from the Sun.
However, the event wasnt very geoeffective.
2. FORECAST (14 JULY - 20 JULY)
Solar:
Low
Geomagnetic:
Quiet to unsettled conditions.
Frequencies:
MUFs near predicted monthly values.
