Solar:        Low. Possible returning active region on Jul 24.

Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet to Unsettled with active intervals possible.

Frequencies:  Mildy depressed after local dawn on 28-30 Jul. 
              Depressed 15% on 31-Jul,  otherwise MUFs near normal. 
	      No SWFs.
