Solar coronal hole induced disturbance effects
expected 15-19 Feb.
Frequencies: Depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 16-Feb,
depressed 15 to 20% on 19-Feb, depressed 15%
briefly after local dawn on 20-Feb, otherwise
MUFs near normal. Periods of disturbance possible
especially at high latitudes 15-19 Feb.
SWFs possible.
