2. FORECAST (25 FEBRUARY - 03 MARCH)
MUFS:
MUFs in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
monthly values over the week of 25-Feb to 03-Mar. Depressions
of up to 15% are possible in the southern Australian region on
25-Feb due to recent geomagnetic activity. Further mild depressions
are possible over the week if the solar disk remains spotless.
Propagation conditions:
Mostly normal propagation conditions are expected over the week
of 25-Feb to 03-Mar. Degraded conditions are possible in the
southern hemisphere.
T index: 88
3. OUTLOOK (04 MARCH - 03 APRIL)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
4 Mar, 12-15 Mar, 23-24 Mar, 31 Mar to 1 Apr
PLEASE NOTE:
Space weather conditions can frequently be determined by short
timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
