2. FORECAST (19 AUGUST - 25 AUGUST)
MUFS:
MUFs in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
monthly values over 19-25 Aug. There is a chance of mild depressions
in the southern Australian region over 19-20 Aug due to ongoing
and anticipated geomagnetic activity produced by coronal hole
high speed wind stream effects.
Propagation conditions:
Global propagation conditions are expected to be normal to fair
with degradations possible at high latitudes over 19-20 Aug due
to ongoing and anticipated geomagnetic activity. Mostly normal
conditions are expected over 21-25 Aug.
T index: 64
3. OUTLOOK (26 AUGUST - 25 SEPTEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
13-15 Sep
PLEASE NOTE:
Space weather conditions can frequently be determined by short
timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
