induced by both an ongoing CME impact at the time and a coronal
hole high-speed wind stream.

2. FORECAST (08 APRIL - 14 APRIL)
MUFS: 15% depressed after local dawn on 10-11 Apr
in the southern Australian region. MUFs near predicted
monthly values on other days.
Propagation conditions: Fair on 9-11 Apr,particularly
local night hours southern Australian region. Otherwise
normal.
T index: 90
3. OUTLOOK (15 APRIL - 15 MAY)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
16-18 Apr, 30-Apr to 01-May, 6-8 May, 13-15 May
