2. FORECAST (12 FEBRUARY - 18 FEBRUARY) 
MUFS: MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values this week,
with depressions of 15% on 14-Feb due to mild coronal hole induced 
geomagnetic activity.

Propagation conditions: Fair conditions expected on 14-Feb, otherwise 
mostly normal. Shortwave fadeouts are possible throughout the week.

3. OUTLOOK (19 FEBRUARY - 21 MARCH)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
28 Feb to 01-Mar,  8-10 Mar
