2. FORECAST (13 AUGUST - 19 AUGUST)
MUFS: MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values
this week, with mild depressions possible over 18-19 Aug due
to possible geomagnetic activity associated with a recurrent
coronal hole feature.
Propagation conditions: Mostly normal propagation conditions are
expected. Spread F is likely in southern Australian regions during
local night hours. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
T index: 96
3. OUTLOOK (20 AUGUST - 19 SEPTEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
5-8 Sep, 14-16 Sep.
PLEASE NOTE:
Space weather conditions can frequently be determined by short
timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
